What is Meditation?

Quite simply, Meditation refers to the art of relaxation. It is a technique that can be learned in order to opt out of the stress response and to opt into the relaxation response, even during intensely stressful situations.
 
By learning this technique of concentrated focus upon  a sound, an object, the breath, movement, visualisation or super focussed attention itself, we can train our brains to take a break from active thought and begin to cultivate a deeper connection with our spiritual aspect.
 
By engaging in regular practice, you will be boosting your immune system, calming your nervous system and bringing a greater sense of calm into all areas of your day-to-day life.

Meditation is a cheap, easy and convenient tool to have at your disposal if you plan on achieving a full, well-rounded life.
 
There are many different styles of Meditation, but they all share the same common end goal....relaxation!
 
Jane offers 40 minute Guided Meditation sessions that will take you on a journey into your Spiritual realm. Each session is tailored to the individual and you have permission to record the session for future personal use. There is no religious association, it is purely to guide you to connect with your Spiritual team: Guides, Ascended Masters, Angels, and Loved ones.
