Learn to Meditate & Personal Development Workshop
Learn how to Meditate with an experienced instructor who will teach you the value of Meditation, inspire you to bring regular practice into your life, give you the confidence to Meditation on your own. Meditation is the most transformation tool that we have available in our modern times that is truly 100% transportable and totally flexible.
During this 6 week Course:
We meet once a week for the 6 week period
We will practice three styles of Meditation – Mindfulness, Zen, Spiritual
Each session will consist of a personal development exercise, a 45 minute Meditation and 45 minutes of Workshop exercises
Personal development exercises are designed to increase your level of awareness and personal development into all areas of your life
This 6 week Beginner Meditation & Personal Development Course is offered at different times of the year at The Elements of Saturday mornings from 9 am to 10:30 pm. The cost is $120.
This is a beginners course.
